Sheila Holloway is a mother, sister, friend, and family member of someone who has struggled with addiction.
In 2013, Sheila was confronted with the harsh reality of her child's substance use when he was
arrested in another state.
In 2015, Sheila began to transform her personal pain into action. Driven initially by a mother's love and concern, her research into addiction expanded into a broader mission to support others facing similar challenges. Despite her discomfort with discussing her own experiences and speaking publicly, Sheila soon realized that sharing her story with groups could create a significant impact. .Her faith and determination led her to embrace this new role wholeheartedly.
Today, Sheila’s dedication has manifested in a robust support system. Over the past nine years, her organization has developed a variety of programs. They provide essential Narcan training and distribution, offer personalized referrals for those seeking help, and facilitate family support programs. Additionally, they have established a network of peer coaches and are actively seeking to expand this team to further support those in need. Sheila’s journey from personal struggle to leadership in addiction support is a testament to her unwavering commitment
and compassion. Founded in 2015
